The Marx Collegium is a research collective founded in 2011 at York University, Toronto.
Our research has been dedicated to close textual analysis of the works of Karl Marx and the social and political impact they have had.
The collective has facilitated several refereeed publications. It has been an important resource for its student members, and the development of student-faculty research teams. Since its foundation, The Marx Collegium has promoted lectures and seminars of renowed scholars at York University, and has also figured in the organizing of international conferences in many countries, including the USA, Canada, Japan, China, India, Italy and Brazil.
